জাতীয় সংসদ নির্বাচনের তোরজোরের মধ্যেই এবার ঘোষণা করা হয়েছে বাংলাদেশের মিনি পার্লামেন্ট খ্যাত ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় কেন্দ্রীয় ছাত্র সংসদ বা ডাকসু ইলেকশনের রোডম্যাপ। ঘোষণা অনুযায়ী আগামি মে মাসের শুরুতেই গঠন করা হবে ইলেকশন কমিশন। এরপর সেই ইলেকশন কমিশন ঘোষণা করবে তফসিল। তফসিল অনুসারে এরপর নমিনেশন ফরম জমা, উইথড্র, যাচাবাছাই, প্রচারণা ও সরাসরি ভোট অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। সবশেষ ২০১৯ সালের ১০ মার্চ অনুষ্ঠিত হয়েছিলো ডাকসু ইলেকশন যেখানে ভিপি হয়েছিলেন নুরুল হক নুর, জিএস গোলাম রাব্বানী ও এজিএস ছিলেন হোসেন সাদ্দাম। জেনে রাখা ভালো পদাধিকার বলেই ডাকসুর প্রেসিডেন্ট হন ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের উপাচার্য। সে হিসেবে ডাকসুর এখনকার প্রেসিডেন্ট ভিসি অধ্যাপক--

অন্যান্য আরও অনেক পদ-পদবী থাকলেও ডাকসুর প্রথম তিনটি পদ-ভিপি, জিএস ও এজিএসকে সবচেয়ে বেশি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ হিসেবে বিবেচনা করা হয়। প্রশ্ন হলো এবারের ডাকসু ইলেকশনে এই তিন পদে কারা হবেন বাংলাদেশ ইসলামি ছাত্রশিবিরের প্রাথী? আজ সে-সম্পর্কেই বিস্তারিত তুলে ধরা হবে এই ভিডিওতে।

রেওয়াজ অনুযায়ী অন্যান্যা ছাত্রসংগঠন ডাকসুর ভিপি পদে কেন্দ্রীয় কমিটির সভাপতি ও জিএস পদে সাধারণ সম্পাদককে মনোনয়ন দেন৷ অন্যদিকে জিএস পদে মনোনয়ন পান ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের সভাপতি অথবা সাধারণ সম্পাদক। শিবিরের ক্ষেত্রেও কি তাই হবে? সোজা উত্তর না। কারণ বাংলাদেশ ইসলামী ছাত্রশিবিরের ২০২৫ মেয়াদে কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতি জাহিদুল ইসলাম এবং সেক্রেটারি জেনারেল নুরুল ইসলাম সাদ্দাম দু'জনের কেউই ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষার্থী নন। জাহিদ জগন্নাথ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের এবং সাদ্দাম খুলনার একটি কলেজের। ফলে তারা ডাকসু ইলেকশনে অংশ নিতে পারবেননা। তাহলে কারা পেতে পারেন শিবিরের মনোনয়ন?

বলে রাখা ভালো এবারের ডাকসু ইলেকশনে যে সংগঠনই প্রাথী দিক না কেনো তাদের প্রথম ক্রাইটেরিয়া থাকবে প্রাথীর জুলাই গণঅভ্যুত্থানের ভূমিকা এবং ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে তার পরিচিতি। এক্ষেত্রে ভিপি হিসেবে নাম আসতে পারে ছাত্র শিবিরের ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের সাবেক সভাপতি সিবগাতুল্লাহ সিবগার৷ যিনি জুলাই আন্দোলনের টপ ১০ জনের একজন। উত্তাল সেই দিনগুলোতে তার বিশেষ এ্যাসাইনমেন্ট ছিলো ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের ততকালীন সভাপতি সাদেক কায়েম ও সেক্রেটারি এসএম ফরহাদের সাথে সমন্বয় করে আন্দোলনের প্লানিং, জনশক্তি সরবরাহ ও সমন্বয়কদের দিকনির্দেশনা দেয়া এবং সে দায়িত্ব সফলভাবে পালন করায় তাকে পরবর্তীতে দেয়া হয়েছে কেন্দ্রের দপ্তরের মতো তৃতীয় গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পদ। বতমানে এদেি দায়িত্ব পালন করছেন সিবগাতুল্লাহ। ঠাকুরগাঁওয়ের সন্তান সিবগাতুল্লাহ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের সমাজকল্যাণ বিভাগের মেধাবী শিক্ষার্থী। যার বাবা ছিলেন একসময়ের জেলা আমির। সব বাদ এই ছেলেরে ভিপি পদে মনোনয়ন দিলেতো কেবল নারী ভোটারদের ভোটেই পাশ করে যাবে...কি ঠিক বলছিনা?

আচ্ছা এরপর নজর দেয়া যাক ডাকসুর জিএস বা সাধারণ সম্পাদক পদের দিকে। এই পদে সিবগাতুল্লাহর ইমিডিয়েট জুনিয়র সাদেক কায়েমকেই দেয়া হবে এটা বলতে গেলে শুধু শিবির নয় সাধারণ শিক্ষাথীদেরও প্রাণের দাবি। কারণ এই সাদিক কায়েম সেই সাদিক যে কিনা থেমে যাওয়া জুলাইকে আগস্ট অবদি টেনে নিয়ে গেছে। হ্যা, সত্যিই শুনছেন। একথা আমার নয় আআন্তজার্তিক গণমাধ্যম আআল-জাজিরার এক সাংবাদিকের৷ সাদিক কায়েমকে যিনি উপস্থাপন করেছেন জুলাইয়ের অন্যতম মাস্টারমাইন্ড হিসেবে।

আচ্ছা ছাত্রলীগ কিংবা ছাত্রদলের কোনো একটা পাবলিক বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের সভাপতি-সাধারন সম্পাদক ফেসবুকে লিখেছেন " আলহামদুলিল্লাহ, আমও সিজিপিএ ৪ এ ৩.৯০ নিয়ে ডিপার্টমেন্টে ফাস্ট ক্লাস ফাস্ট হয়েছি৷" এমনটা কি চোখে পড়েছে আপনার কখনও? মনে হয়না। অন্তত আমি কখনও এমন কাউকে পাইনি যিনি একিসাথে একটা ক্যাম্পাসের শীর্ষ নেতা এবং ডিপার্টমেন্টে তার রেজাল্ট সবার উপরে। হয়তো ছিলো তবে তা ৯০ এর আগে। কেনোনা তখন কেবল দেশসেরা মেধাবীরাই ছাত্রলীগ, ছাত্রদল কিংবা ছাত্র ইউনিয়ন করতো, বখাটে মাতাল চাঁদাবাজ টেন্ডারবাজ অছাত্ররা নয়। তাদের এসব দলে কোনো স্থানি ছিলোনা। কিন্তু ৯০ সালের পরের যে ছাত্ররাজনীতি সেখানে মেধার আসলেই তেমন কোনো জায়গা নেই।

আপনি যদি ৯১ সালের বিএনপির সময় দেখেন তখন যেহেতু তারা সরকারে ছিলো দেখবেন প্রতিটা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে দলীয় বিবেচনায় যাদের শিক্ষক হিসেবে নিয়োগ দেয়া হয়েছে তাদের বেশিরভাগি ডিপার্টমেন্টে ফাস্ট ক্লাস ফাস্ট নয়। আওয়ামীলীগের ১৬ বছরের ইতিহাসতো কেবল দলীয়করণের ইতিহাস। খোদ ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের বেশিরভাগ শিক্ষক নিয়োগ যোগ্যতার ভিত্তিতে না দিয়ে, ডিপার্টমেন্টে ফাস্ট ক্লাস ফাস্টকে না নিয়ে নেয়া হয়েছিলো ১৯ কিংবা ২০ তম কাউকে। কারণ তার পরিচয় সে ছাত্রলীগের নেতা। ব্যাস আর কি লাগে। একারণে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়গুলোতে দেখবেন এখন গবেষণা কিংবা উদ্ভাবনে মনোযোগ না দিয়ে শিক্ষকরা করছেন রাজনীতি৷ হয় বিএনপি না হয় আওয়ামীলীগ। ফলে ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়কে আগে যে প্রাচ্যের অক্সফোর্ড বলা হতো এখন সেই অবস্থান আর নেই। এখন তা দখলে নিয়েছে দেশের প্রাইভেট বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়গুলো। এখান থেকে এখন আর বড়মাপের বিজ্ঞানী বের হয়না বের হয় সহসভাপতি সমন্বয়ক আর আদুভাই।

তবে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের এমন নষ্ট রাজনীতির কালচারে কিছুটা হলেও মেধাভিত্তিক রাজনীতি করছে বাংলাদেশের অন্যতম ছাত্রসংগঠন ইসলামী ছাত্রশিবির। ছাত্রদল, ছাত্রলীগ যখন বিএনপি আওয়ামীলীগের লাঠিয়াল হিসেবে কাজ করছে তখন শিবির তাদের মুরুব্বি দল জামায়াতে ইসলামীর লাঠিয়াল বাহিনী হয়নি। বরং তারা মেধার স্বাক্ষর রেখে চলেছে প্রতিটি ক্ষেত্রেই। তাইতো সরকার পতনের পর যখন অন্য ছাত্রসংগঠন বিজিব্যস্ত চাঁদাবাজি রংবাজিতে, বিতর্কিত সব কমকান্ড করে হেডলাইন হচ্ছে পত্রিকার পাতায় তখন ছাত্রশিবির আয়োজন করছে বিজ্ঞান মেলা কিংবা জুলাই গণঅভ্যুত্থানের প্রদশনীর। সবাই যখন ব্যস্ত মিটিং সিটিংয়ে তখন খোদ ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় শিবিরের নেতারা একের পর এক চমক দেখাচ্ছেন রেজাল্টে। কোনো ডিপার্টমেন্টের ফলাফল বেরোলেই দেখা যাচ্ছে সেখানে প্রথম হওয়া শিক্ষাথীটি ছাত্রশিবিরের।

এর আগে আমরা দেখেছি আমেরিকার হাওয়ার্ড বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের বতমান শিক্ষক মিজা গালিবকে যিনি ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের কেমিস্ট্রি বিভাগের মতো একটি বিভাগের প্রথম হয়েছিলেন এবং সেটা সবোচ্চ নাম্বার পেয়ে। কিন্তু তাকে ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় চাকরি দেয়নি, চাকরি দিয়েছে তারচেয়ে কম নম্বর পাওয়া ছাত্রলীগের নেতাকে। আমেরিকা গালিবকে চিনলেও চেনেনি বাংলাদেশ। হাহাহা।

এর আগে এমন আরো চমক দেখা গেলেও গেলো ২১ এপ্রিল আবারো রেকর্ড মাক পেয়ে ইতিহাস গড়ার খবর বের হয় ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের শিবিরের মানবসম্পদ বিভাগের শিক্ষার্থী মাজহারুলের। সিজিপিএ ৪ এ ৪ পেয়েছিলেন তিনি। একদিন না যেতেই আরেক চমক নিয়ে হাজির ঢাবি শিবিরের সেক্রেটারি মো: মহিউদ্দিন খান। তিনি মাস্টার্সের ফলাফলে ৪ এ ৩.৯৭ সিজিপিএ পেয়ে প্রথম হয়েছেন। ফলাফলের বিষয়টি আজ নিজেই ফেসবুক পোস্টে জানিয়েছেন তিনি।

বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের সেক্রেটারি রাজনীতি করেও কিভাবে ডিপার্টমেন্টে ফাস্ট হন এটা গবেষণার বিষয় বটে।

নায়িকা মেঘনা আলমের সাথে সৌদি রাষ্ট্রদূতের পর'কিয়ার সম্পর্ক ফাঁস!

ছবির এই ব্যক্তির নাম ঈসা বিন ইউসুফ আল দুহাইলান। ইনি বাংলাদেশে নিযুক্ত সৌদি আরবের রাষ্ট্রদূত। গতকাল ভাইরাল হওয়া মেঘনা আলমের গ্রেফতার হওয়ার লাইভ ভিডিওতে যে অ্যাম্বাসাডর ঈসার কথা বলা হচ্ছিলো উনিই সেই ব্যক্তি। নায়িকা মেঘনা আলমের ঘটনার যে দিকটা এখনো পর্যন্ত আনকাভারড সেটা হচ্ছে এই রাষ্ট্রদূতের সাথে তাঁর সম্পর্কের ব্যাপারটি। একপক্ষ থেকে বলা হচ্ছে, ঈসা মেঘনার সাথে একপ্রকার সম্পর্কে জড়িত ছিলেন। সম্পর্ক শেষ হবার পর মেঘনা তাঁকে ব্ল্যাকমেইল করেছিলেন এবং তাঁর বিরুদ্ধে সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় আপত্তিকর পোস্ট করছিলেন। তবে কীসের জন্য সেই ব্ল্যাকমেইল তা শিওর না। মেঘনার কাছে কি কেনো গোপন ভিডিও বা তথ্য আছে যা ফাস করলে বিপদে পরবেন রাষ্ট্রদূত?

এ নিয়ে সাংবাদিক ফজলুল বারির অনুসন্ধানে উঠে এসেছে চমকপ্রদ তথ্য। তিনি লিখেছেন, ঢাকায় নিযুক্ত সৌদি রাষ্ট্রদূত ঈশা বিন ইউসুফ আল দুহাইলানের সাথে প্রেমের সম্পর্ক গড়ে উঠে মডেল মেঘনার। তিনি একজন আন্তর্জাতিক সুন্দরী প্রতিয়োগিতার আয়োজকও। নিজের স্ত্রী সন্তানদের কথা গোপন রেখে রাষ্ট্রদুত মেঘনার সাথে প্রমে করেন। গত ২৫ মার্চ মেঘনা ফেসবুকে পোস্ট করেন তার বাগদান, বিবাহ ইত্যাদি বিষয়ে। তিনি জানান সৌদি রাষ্ট্রদূত ঈসা উনার হাজবেন্ড। কিছুদিন পরই উনি জানতে পারেন ঈশা বিবাহিত, তার স্ত্রী, সন্তান আছেন যেটা তার কাছে লুকিয়ে ছিলেন রাষ্ট্রদূত ঈশা। মেঘনা আলম ঈশার স্ত্রীকে বিষয়টি জানান, এবং বিয়ের রিংও ফেরত দিয়ে দেন।

সৌদি সরকার থেকে চাপ আসে ঈশার উপর। ঈশা তার কূটনৈতিক ক্ষমতা প্রয়োগ করে সরকারকে কনভিন্স করে এবং মেঘনাকে গ্রেফতার করায়। মেঘনাকে বিশেষ ক্ষমতা আইনে আটক করে ৩০ দিনের জন্য কারাগারে পাঠানো হয়েছে। এই সময়ের মধ্যে রাষ্ট্রদূতকে ফেরত নেয়া হবে তার দেশে।


আবার অনেকেই বলছেন এটি কূয়ো কেস। কূয়ো কেসে ফেঁসে গেছেন মেঘনা আলম।

মুলত সৌদি আরবের রাষ্ট্রদুতের সাথে দেহ কেনাবেচার এগ্রিমেন্ট হয়েছিলো মেঘনার। মানে মুতা ম্যারেজের মত তিন মাসের বউ। টাকার বিনিময়ে বউ হওয়া আরকি। তিন মাস পর বউগিরি আর থাকে না।

কিন্তু মেঘনা আলম এগ্রিমেন্ট শেষ হওয়ার পরও পেট্রো-ডলারের লোভ সামলাতে পারে নি। ব্ল্যাক মেইল করতে থাকেন। সৌদি আরবের রাষ্ট্রদূত বলে কথা। প্রায় ১২ লক্ষ শ্রমিকের কর্মসংস্থান করে যে দেশ। তাদের 'তাওয়া' কি পরিমাণ গরম থাকে, নাবালকও বোঝে। ফলে মেঘনাকে আটকাতে সরকারের ওপর চাপ প্রয়োগ করেন রাষ্ট্রদূত। আর একারণেই গভীর রাতে আটকানো হয় নায়িকা মেঘনাকে। পরে বিশেষ ক্ষমতা আইন, ১৯৭৪ এর ২ এর এফ ধারায় ৩০ দিনের জন্য কারাগারে পাঠানো হয় তাকে।


কেউকেউ মেঘনা আলমের পক্ষ নিয়ে সরকারের বিরুদ্ধে মানবাধিকার লঘনেরও অভিযোগ তুলেছেন। তারা বলছেন, অন্য একটি দেশের নাগরিকের স্বাথ রক্ষা করতে গিয়ে নিজ দেশের নাগরিকের বিরুদ্ধে গেছে সরকার। মেঘনা আলমকে যে আইনে গ্রেপ্তার করা হয়েছে তা সোজা বাংলায়, কোনো ধরনের জবাবদিহি বহির্ভূত আগাগোড়া ফ্যাসিস্ট আইন। জাতিসংঘের মানবাধিকারের সার্বজনীন ঘোষণাপত্রের ১৯৪৮ এর ৯ নং অনুচ্ছেদ অনুসারে, কাউকে যথেচ্ছভাবে গ্রেফতার করা তাঁর মানবাধিকারের লঙ্ঘন। অ্যামনেস্টি ইন্টারন্যাশনাল এবং হিউম্যান রাইটস ওয়াচ দীর্ঘদিন ধরে এধরণের ফ্যাসিস্ট আইনের বিরোধীতা করে আসছে।
কিন্তু যেহেতু এখানে, সৌদি আরবের একজন রাষ্ট্রদূত জড়িত, সো এসব কোনোকিছুই আর মানা হয়নি।

সবচেয়ে মজার ব্যাপার, এই যে এতোকিছু ঘটে গেলো, অতচ ঘটনার মূল বাদী অ্যাম্বাসেডর সাহেব কিন্তু কোনো মামলাই করেন নাই। ইনফ্যাক্ট, তাঁর মামলা করার মতো গ্রাউণ্ডই নাই। কেন জানেন? যদি মেঘনার ব্ল্যাকমেইল করার ঘটনা সত্য হয়ে থাকে, তাহলে তাঁর সাথে অ্যাম্বাসেডরের যে কোনো এক প্রকার সম্পর্ক ছিলো, সেটাও ডেফিনিটলি সত্য। আর সেই সম্পর্ক নিশ্চয়ই স্বামী স্ত্রীর সম্পর্ক নয়। আর যদি সেই সম্পর্কের থ্রু তে অর্থনৈতিক লেনদেন হয়ে থাকে, তাহলে আইন অনুসারে সেটাও ইলিগ্যাল৷ কারণ বাংলাদেশের আইন এসকর্ট সার্ভিসকে লিগ্যালাইজ করে না। তার মানে মেঘনা ব্ল্যাকমেইল করার আগেই, অ্যাম্বাসেডর সাহেব ফেঁসে আছেন। একারণেই সোজাসাপ্টা আইনের আশ্রয় না নিয়ে তাঁকে শরণাপন্ন হতে হয়েছে ক্ষমতাধর বন্ধুদের এবং এমন একটা আইনের প্রয়োগ করতে হয়েছে, যে আইন সব ধরনের জবাবদিহিতার ঊর্ধ্বে। কারণ এই ঘটনা রেগুলার কোর্টে উঠলে মেঘনার সাজা তো হতোই, সাথে ঈসা ইউসুফের থলের বেড়ালটাও বের হয়ে যেতো।

শোনা যাচ্ছে ইতোমধ্যে সৌদি রাষ্ট্রদূতকে তার দেশে ফিরিয়ে নেয়া হয়েছে। দশক, এই ঘটনায় কি সৌদির সাথে বাংলাদেশের সম্পর্কে অবনতি ঘটবে?

স্থানীয় সরকার, পল্লী উন্নয়ন ও সমবায় মন্ত্রণালয়ের উপদেষ্টা আসিফ মাহমুদ সজীব ভূঁইয়ার পিতা জনাব বিল্লাল হোসেনের প্রতিষ্ঠানের স্থানীয় সরকার প্রকৌশল অধিদপ্তরের 'ঠিকাদার তালিকাভুক্তি' কপি হাতে এসেছে।

যাচাই করে দেখা যায় এ বছরের ১৬ মার্চ নির্বাহী প্রকৌশলী, স্থানীয় সরকার প্রকৌশল অধিদপ্তর (কুমিল্লা), উপদেষ্টা আসিফ মাহমুদের পিতার প্রতিষ্ঠানটি তালিকাভুক্ত করেন।

এ বিষয়ে জানতে আমি উপদেষ্টা জনাব আসিফ মাহমুদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করি। তিনি প্রথমে এ বিষয়ে কিছু জানেন না বলে জানান ও কিছুক্ষন অপেক্ষা করতে বলেন। তিনি সময় নিয়ে যাচাই করে জানান লাইসেন্স ও তালিকাভুক্তির বিষয়টি সঠিক, কিন্তু এটা তাঁর জ্ঞাতসারে করা হয়নি। স্থানীয় জনৈক ঠিকাদার তাঁর শিক্ষক পিতাকে ঠিকাদারি লাইসেন্সটি করতে এবং তালিকাভুক্ত করতে প্ররোচিত করেন। তিনি আরো জানান এই লাইসেন্স ও তালিকাভুক্তির ব্যবহার করে কোন ধরনের কাজ করা হয়নি।

প্রথমেই আমার বাবার ভুলের জন্য ক্ষমা প্রার্থনা করছি।

গতকাল রাত ৯ টার দিকে একজন সাংবাদিক কল দিয়ে আমার বাবার নামে ইস্যুকৃত ঠিকাদারি লাইসেন্সের বিষয়ে জানতে চাইলেন। বাবার সাথে কথা বলে নিশ্চিত হলাম তিনি জেলা পর্যায়ের (জেলা নির্বাহী ইঞ্জিনিয়ার এর কার্যালয় থেকে ইস্যুকৃত) একটি লাইসেন্স করেছেন। বিষয়টি উক্ত সাংবাদিককে নিশ্চিত করলাম। তিনি পোস্ট করলেন, নিউজও হলো গণমাধ্যমে। নানা আলোচনা-সমালোচনা হচ্ছে তাই ব্যাখ্যা দেয়ার প্রয়োজনবোধ করলাম।

আমার বাবা একজন স্কুল শিক্ষক। আকুবপুর ইয়াকুব আলী ভুঁইয়া পাবলিক উচ্চ বিদ্যালয়ের প্রধান শিক্ষক। স্থানীয় একজন ঠিকাদার কাজ পাওয়ার সুবিধার্থে বাবার পরিচয় ব্যবহার করার জন্য বাবাকে লাইসেন্স করার পরামর্শ দেন। বাবাও তার কথায় জেলা নির্বাহী ইঞ্জিনিয়ার থেকে একটি ঠিকাদারি লাইসেন্স করেন। রাষ্ট্রের যেকোন ব্যক্তি ব্যবসা করার উদ্দেশ্যে যেকোন লাইসেন্স করতেই পারে। তবে আমি সংশ্লিষ্ট মন্ত্রণালয়ের দায়িত্বরত থাকা অবস্থায় বাবার ঠিকাদারি ব্যবসায় জড়ানো স্পষ্টভাবেই কনফ্লিক্ট অব ইন্টারেস্ট। বিষয়টি বোঝানোর পর আজ বাবার আবেদনের প্রেক্ষিতে লাইসেন্সটি বাতিল করা হয়েছে।

বাবা হয়তো কনফ্লিক্ট অব ইন্টারেস্টের বিষয়টি বুঝতে পারেন নি, সেজন্য বাবার পক্ষ থেকে ক্ষমা প্রার্থনা করছি।

উল্লেখ্য, মধ্যবর্তী সময়ে উক্ত লাইসেন্স ব্যবহার করে কোন কাজের জন্য আবেদন করা হয়নি।
